As the winter season approaches, our skin will need extra care. Extreme temperatures, harsh winds, winter sun, central heated homes, and workplaces are among the factors responsible for skin problems during winter. Milk Cream – One of the popular and effective home remedies to treat dry skin problem is the milk cream. The presence of lactic acid in milk cream helps exfoliate dry skin and preserve the skin’s pH level. It is also great to use as a skin moisturizer for dry skin.

What You Will Need:

  • a few drops of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of milk
  • 2 teaspoons of milk cream

Procedure:

  • Mix a few drops of lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of milk and 2 teaspoons of milk cream to make a paste.
  • Apply the paste mixture on your face, hands, and legs. Leave it for 15 minutes and rinse off with water.

  • 2 teaspoons of honey
  • a few drops of olive oil

  • Mix 2 teaspoons of honey and few drops of olive oil.

  • 4 teaspoons of milk
  • few drops of rose water
  • few drops of lemon juice

Procedure:

  • Mix together 4 teaspoons of milk, few drops of rose water and lemon juice.
  • Apply the mixture all over your body. Leave it for 10-15 minutes before taking a bath.

  • Generous amount of coconut oil

  • Apply coconut oil all over your body before going to sleep.
  • Rinse it off with water in the morning.

  • ripe banana
  • 2 tablespoons of yogurt
